Providing Evidence-Based, Compassionate Psychotherapy in San Francisco
I am a compassionate and collaborative psychotherapist who supports my clients in uncovering their innate resilience and capacity for healing. I will be your guide and witness as you navigate your life path, and we will move at your pace with the primary objective of helping you reach your therapeutic goals.
In our time together, we will work towards deepening your self-knowledge and self-awareness, letting go of old patterns that no longer serve you, developing healthy communication and coping skills, strengthening your relationships, and aligning your choices with your values and inner truth. I firmly believe in every person’s innate resilience, and together, we will work to uncover your unique capabilities to help you build the life you want to live.
I draw upon a number of research-based modalities including Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and the Gottman Method (couples counseling).
I specialize in working with couples, adults, and teens. Some areas of focus include:
- Relationship, Intimacy, and Communication Difficulties
- Depression and Anxiety
- Self-Criticism, Self-Esteem, and Perfectionism
- Multi-cultural and Multi-ethnic Families and Identity
- Parenting Support and Family Therapy
- Stress Management and Work/ Life Balance

I invite you into a safe and open space where you can share your story and make lasting changes. Please contact me if you are interested in a free 20 minute phone consultation.
